I can never thank you enough for all you’ve done for my Grandmother, Mary. She not only had great care, but words that were spoken to her ever so kindly and the comforting gestures such as holding her hand or giving her a hug. There are truly beautiful people in this world, and I had the pleasure of meeting many of them at Lynwood manor.

How can I ever thank you for the wonderful care you gave Bob?  Not only did you care for him, you cared about him.  You were all so friendly to him and both Bob and I appreciated that so much.
